**Any service booked with a Duration over 3 hours must be booked for weekends (Sat/Sun) ONLY . Week days will be automatically cancelled .

💰📚Booking/Deposits/Payments
-$20 Non-refundable Security deposit is required to book any service.
-ALL listed prices are BASE prices. They can & will change based on hair length, thickness, cutting , styling , extreme detangling, add ons to service & prep work for weaves, color & braids.
-A lot of times I will also ask for you to send a picture or video of your CURRENT hair; this helps determine price because I’m looking for length/density as well as what I may need to prepare for or purchase. This is how overall price is determined .
-Remaining balance is paid the day of service. Your deposit goes towards service.
-If you have inspo pictures/videos, please send.
-Be 100% SURE what you want before booking. There will be no day of changes to a completely new style .
-Extra Add ons will be applied to final payment. Ex: Booked for a “2 Strand Twist”, added on a “Detox treatment”; Please communicate these add ons as early as possible.
❌Cancellations/No Shows
-Cancel in advance through the app or direct communication.
-2 No shows results in no further booking access.
⏰Late Arrivals
-15 Min Grace period
- After 15 min, late fee of $10 is applied
- After 30 minutes appt is cancelled
☝🏾🧼Hygiene/Health…Safety/🪮Prep
-You will be turned away if sick or still suffering a cough .
-If you decide to arrive with your hair washed, please wash thoroughly from root to tip. Services are timed, and unplanned hair cleaning increases service time.
-Hair should not be matted and overly tangled at arrival. Detangling fee; (anything past 10 min of combing) will be an upcharge .
-I do blow dry & moisturize the hair and scalp of all clients; Please arrive with minimal product in your hair if you’re coming pre-shampooed
-If you arrive with hair extensions, they should be clean if we have not already made specific accommodations.
-Please come Hygienically Clean and not after a workout or sweaty day at work/event.
-No pets or extra guests/babies
- If child under the age of 13 is being serviced, 1 parent or guardian is allowed to stay present & is also welcome to simply drop off & pick up in a timely fashion.
-No speaker Phone calls or loud videos. Over stimulation of noise = exhaustion. I work best in a peaceful environment.
✍🏾Client Responsibilities &
💈Hair Extension Relations
-All Styles that include extension hair (ponytails, crochet, sew-ins, quick-weave, closures, faux locs, ) MUST be provided. Make sure you are purchasing enough for full coverage.
-The day of your Appt, Please don’t forget any necessary items that is needed for your service. Forgetting items leads to time delay & throws off schedule.
-If you are bringing hair extensions that aren’t new , they should still be clean & long enough to use without piecing them together for your style.
-If you have PREFERRED products you use, feel free to bring them.
-Braiding hair is included UNLESS it is something you already have or want to use because of unique color preference.
-If you have booked a COLOR service , it is required to bring the actual color. I do not have a full inventory of color varieties. If we are bleaching your hair before color, that will be provided.
-If your service is over 3 hours, please provide your meals to get you through your service.
-If you are getting dropped off or doing ride-share, please have your ride READY for pickup no more than 10 minutes past service end time.

-If you DO NOT SEE it listed on my booking page , it is not offered. It cannot be negotiated.

- I do not create or maintain Wicks for Locs
- I do not offer boho or HUMAN hair additives for any styles that involve braids or twists.
-I do not offer micro or small knotless braids or twists.

📲💬COMMUNICATION
-I will always prefer a text first because I do work fulltime .
-Have all questions ready during consultation (5-15min)
- I’m only available for calls & texts from 7:30am - 7:30pm
- If you are getting dropped off , I will let you know how much longer your service will be so that your ride is on time and ready for pick up.
-Always communicate any cancellations, sudden sickness, delays, rescheduling, or important details that will interfere with the flow of your scheduled service.
