BOOKING POLICY

• All appointments require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to be approved.
• Appointments are NOT confirmed until your deposit is received.
• The remaining balance is due at your appointment.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

• You may reschedule up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty (deposit moves with your appointment).
• Same-day cancellations or changes = deposit forfeited.
• If you cancel with less than 12 hours notice, your deposit is forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

NO-SHOW POLICY

• A no-show means you did not come and did not notify me.
• No-shows forfeit their deposit and will be required to pay the full service price upfront to book again.
• Repeated no-shows may be blocked from future bookings.

LATE POLICY

• 10–15 minutes late → $15 late fee.
• 20+ minutes late → appointment may be cancelled + deposit forfeited.
