I am currently home based in Lady Lake, FL and to protect my privacy, I will not provide my address until the deposit is secured. -Please arrive to your appointment with a clean, completely makeup-free face. Even no foundation or skin care items! -NO EXTRA GUESTS NO EXCEPTIONS. - I am unable to guarantee service, or the longevity of your lashes if you arrive with makeup or makeup/skin care residue on yourl ashes. - Avoid wearing marcara, liquid liner and strip eyelashes 24-36 hours prior to your appoinment. Unfortunately, these products cause build up on your lashes. - Remove contact lenses (or bring your container if you choose to wear them up to your appoinment time.) - I accept Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay only. - I recommend taking a shower/washing face your before your appointment, as there is a 24-48 hour no water rule. - I will send you a confimation text when deposit is sent with my address then since I do work from home. Please be sure to read and follow the instructions below to book your appointment: DEPOSITS A $25 NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee is required to secure your appointment date. This deposit will go towards your service. THE REMAINING BALANCE IS REQUIRED IN CASH, ZELLE, APPLE PAY. * Deposit must be sent through Zelle or Apple Pay. If you do not send your deposit within 2 hours of scheduling, your appointment will be canceled. I will send you a text confirmation of your appointment once the deposit is secured. LATE POLICY The day of your appointment, I will allow a 10 minute late grace period, but if it’s beyond that time, you will have to reschedule and lose your deposit. You will need to make a new $25 deposit for your rescheduled appointment. NO SHOWS WILL LOOSE DEPOSIT AND MIGHT NOT SCHEDULE AGAIN. RESCHEDULING I understand life happens and things may come up so if you need to reschedule or cancel, you must do so 24 hour in advance. * You can use this $25 deposit towards your new rescheduled date. If you need to reschedule your appointment before the 24 hours, the deposit can be transferred to the new date only once. After the second reschedule date, you will have to send a new deposit. SQUEEZE IN APPOINTMENTS OUTSIDE OF MY AVAILABILITY =EXTRA $40 ON TOP OF THE SERVICE .
