Behind schedule?? -you have a 10 minute grace period for lateness. You will be charged $10 for every 10 minutes your late, after your first 10 minute grace period has ended. After 30 minutes of being late, you will have to reschedule your appointment with a new deposit. Need to cancel or reschedule?? -please cancel or reschedule 24hrs before your appointment!
