It is our policy to require 50% of the total amount payable for the provision of our services, to be paid as a deposit in order to confirm your appointment. This protects us from last minute cancellations. The deposit may be paid via revolut, quickpay or you may pass by our studio and pay in cash. With the completion of the services, you will of course only be required to pay the remaining 50%. In the event that you cancel your appointment within 36 hours from the date and time of the said appointment, we reserve our right to withhold and/ or retain the deposit as a consolation fee.
