•Cancellations and reschedules are free if done at least 24 hours in advance. Last minute ones incur a 50% fee. •No shows must pay 50% of forfeited appointment before booking a new one. •Due to the nature of the service, all sales are final. If you have any issues with your lashes, please contact me within 48 hours for a complimentary fix (at my discretion). 1 correction max. •For safety and space reasons, no additional guests or children are allowed during your appointment. •If you are sick or have any other contagious conditions please reschedule for a later date. • Lash fills must be done every 2-3 weeks. If you go beyond 3 weeks, we'll need to charge for a full set. • I no longer offer foreign fills. Please book a removal and new set for lashes applied elsewhere. •Full payment is due immediately after the service. Cash or Zelle only. •Clients are responsible for following aftercare instructions provided after their appointment to ensure the best retention and health of natural lashes.
